Please Note:If you DON'T live in France,Germany, Italy,Portugal,UK or Spain and you wish to purchase items from our site, please contact us for a DELIVERY QUOTATION BEFORE you purchase your goods,and then use either the Bank Transfer method,or the PayPal method to pay for them.

If the value of your First order with us is over 500€ we can only accept payment by Bank/Wire Transfer Or PayPal:

Bank/Wire transfer into our account.

1) Once you have finished adding items to your shopping basket on our site, you’ll be asked how you would like to pay. Choose the pay by bank transfer option and click the blue button which says continue to checkout. Check all details on this page are correct and click the confirm order button.

Only seconds after you have submitted your order online you’ll already find our order confirmation in your mail box. Please also check your spam box if you have not received our confirmation email within a few hours.

In order to pay any money into our account ,you will need our bank details(see below). Pay the total amount quoted by us, into our account either in person at the bank,quoting your name as a reference or by bank/wire transfer - again quoting your name as a reference, which ever method suits you

You MUST call or e-mail us to confirm payment has been made.

As soon as we receive confirmation from the bank that payment has been made, we will call or email you with your Customer Order Number. This is your confirmation that you have paid and that your order is being processed. If you do not receive your Customer Order Number within two working days please contact us to let us know.

Please note:Bank transfers usually take between 3-7 working days to complete and we will not be able to dispatch your order until payment has been received into our account.Your bank may also charge you a small commission for making a transfer.

When do you take payment for my order?

We don't debit your credit card until your order has been dispatched.To avoid the possibility of your card issuer declining payment, please ensure there are sufficient funds in your account.

For delayed delivery items,(back ordered items), we take payment once we receive the stock and it is about to be dispatched to you .

Any delay in receiving payment authorization may result in a delay in dispatching and delivering your order

Pay using PayPal

3) If you wish to pay by credit card using PayPal you’ll be taken to the secure server of PayPal. Payments made through PayPal are fast and secure. (Contrary to what some people believe, you Can but do NOT HAVE TO sign up with PayPal if you want to make a purchase)

Payments through PayPal can be made using a Spanish or UK credit card  and you can also pay in American dollars using PayPal. If your credit card was issued in the UK the PayPal check out page will show in English but if your card was issued in Spain the PayPal check out page will show in Spanish.

Order by Telephone

4) Order on the telephone and pay using your credit card on the phone. Decide which items you would like to purchase then print off the item details including the item reference number and give us a call on 0034 950-104-332 with your delivery details.
