Delivery to all other countries is classed as worldwide delivery

We offer worldwide delivery on all of our products at a reasonable delivery rate.

Shop & Collect

If you live in Spain and you live in  an area which is difficult to find you can order from us online/telephone and collect in store from one of our Agent Collection Points.

The benefits of using our Shop and Collect service in Spain are

  • Live in Spain/the campo?Then you will know about delivery problems from Correos,or couriers who cant fiind your home
  • You no longer have to wait in all day for your goods to arrive
  • Convenient,most of our collection  agents are open from morning until early evening
  • Collect your goods after work,while the kids are at school,at the week-end...You decide
  • Less chance of missing your delivery
  • If you need to return your goods to the UK no need to wait in for collection
  • Email/text alerts confirming your goods are awaiting collection
  • Local agent collection point near you

If you prefer to collect your goods from one of our 150 local Agent Collection Points throughout Spain ,there is an additional collection fee of 5€ to pay.

If you choose this delivery option on our site the checkout basket will automatically add this amount to your checkout total.

To find your closest Agent Collection Point add your goods to your shopping basket and follow the on screen instructions to view our database of Agent Collection Points.

This delivery option is only available for smaller items which weigh less than 20 kg and is only available to our customers in Spain.

All orders delivered to an Agent Collection Point must be collected within 48 hrs of notification.

 PLEASE NOTE:

If your goods are not collected within this time you will be charged a storage fee of 5€ per day by our Agent Collection point until they are collected.

  Or

If you prefer you can ask for the items to be delivered to an alternative address ie, a friend/neighbor/local shop which our couriers can find easier. Because you are arranging this collection point there is no extra fee to pay at the checkout.

If you request to have your goods delivered to an alternative address other than one of our collection points in Spain,

The Expat Marketplace cannot accept liability for goods once they have been delivered.

When will my order be delivered?

After you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail. We'll contact you to arrange a delivery date as soon as your goods are ready to be dispatched.Delivery usually takes 10-14 days.Larger items can sometimes be longer.

Please Note: If your order is made up of a combination of items, deliveries may be made separately.

Do I have to be there to sign for delivery?

Most deliveries require someone to be present to accept and sign for the delivery. This is simply to ensure the goods were delivered and received correctly  you can also specify a delivery address different from your home or main contact address, if more convenient.

Where do you deliver and how much is it?

We currently deliver Free to mainland Europe (excluding BFPO addresses)

Will I need to pay anything else when the products are delivered?

If you live in the European Union, you won't. The price shown in your shopping basket includes free shipping and all other charges already. Excluding the zones that have added tax, eg Canary Islands, etc. If you live outside of the European Union, call your local Chamber of Commerce they should be able to give you full information straight away. You should tell them you want to import products from the European Community.

We recommend that you call your local Chamber of Commerce to get more exact information. You only need to tell them you want to import products from the European Community.

IMPORTANT / Customs Duties: By law the original invoice must accompany your package when clearing customs. Under no circumstances can we alter the total amount of your order to reflect a lower price.

Home Delivery

All items which are delivered by courier must have their delivery packaging and the goods condition checked before you sign for them in front of the courier.

If the goods arrive damaged or the packaging appears damaged alert the courier to this Before you sign for it.

Open your delivery in front of the courier and if the condition of the goods is unsatisfactory do not accept the goods from the courier and contact us ASAP.

If you are  unable to open all the packaging before the courier has left but you are willing to accept the order please sign for it but make a note on the couriers paperwork that the package was not checked before the courier left.

You will then have 2 working days from the date of signing the receipt to contact The Expat Marketplace to notify us about the condition of  the items if they are  damaged or faulty. Depending on the circumstances we will refund your returns shipping fee.  

If we are notified after the 2 working days has expired about any problems with the condition of your  order all return shipping costs will  automatically become the customers responsibility and will not be refunded.

If the goods have  to be returned to our UK suppliers and exchanged for a replacement product depending on the circumstances there will be a delivery fee charged to the customer.   

Additional information

    * The website is updated on a daily basis to reflect the latest stock situation. When you order, you will be offered the same delivery dates regardless of whether you order online, over the telephone, or at our store.
    * Delivery times quoted can vary depending on stock availability and delivery location. Most goods are dispatched to you from our distribution centre but some items are dispatched directly from our suppliers, which will also affect delivery times and conditions.

    * In all cases, you will be contacted to arrange a suitable delivery date as soon as stock is ready to be dispatched, unless a delivery date can be selected at the time of order.
    * We know that unexpected things happen and there might be an instance when you can't be there to receive your delivery. If so, don't worry. Just call us at least 3 days before the agreed delivery date and we'll arrange another convenient date with you.

    * We reserve the right to restrict these services at any time. We reserve the right to alter or amend delivery times in exceptional circumstances. All delivery times quoted are subject to stock availability and delivery location.


    * We deliver most large and bulky items to kerbside only.
