Once you find the item(s) you wish to purchase on The Expat Marketplace you just complete your purchase as normal. There is no need to enter any code to claim your cash back or enter any additional details.

How do I receive my Cashback?

Once you have completed your purchase via our website,the next stage is let us know what you have purchased ASAP.To do this you  must email us at cashback@ theexpatmarketplace.co.uk, .You must tell us:

• Your Expat Marketplace order number 
• Item/s details ie, what it is you purchased 
• Your Expat Marketplace expected dispatch/delivery date.
• Your name, phone number and email address
• How you would like us to pay you your Cashback- PayPal / Bank
  

Once you have emailed us your shopping purchase details at The Expat Marketplace we will set up an account for you on our Sister Site using your email address and a password which we will email to you.

When you account is activated by us you will be notified by us of your Cashback account login details. This is usually done by email.

We will also ask you for either your PayPal account details or your bank account details so we can make payment to you.You will then be able to login to your Cashback account and be able to view your Cashback balance and account details.
