Whenever you shop with The Expat Marketplace.co.uk we want you to know you're getting a Great deal. The Expat Market Place Price Match Promise is your guarantee that you're never paying too much for any product on OUR WEBSITE.

*Its so simple and we are so confident that we are offering you such a fantastic deal, we'll refund the difference if you find the same product cheaper on any other UK EXPAT website in Europe within 24 hours of your purchase.

To request a price match refund, just email info@theexpatmarketplace.com including: the name of the website where the product is cheaper, and a telephone number, address, website, and email if available. We will contact you within three business days, as soon as we have reviewed your request.

Upon our acceptance of your refund request, please allow 14 days for delivery of your refund which will be credited as a second transaction on your credit or debit card. The time taken for the refund to appear on your credit or debit card statement varies so the amount may not show on your next statement.

Please note: to avoid potential abuse and to enable us to honour our price-match refund guarantee to genuine customers, the acceptance of all refund requests is ultimately at the discretion of The Expat marketplace.co.uk, who will at all times act reasonably and in good faith.

Terms and Conditions: You are eligible for a price-match refund if your request meets the following conditions: The Expat Marketplace.co.uk refund guarantee applies only to UK Expat internet retailers that have the identical product and/or good in stock or service immediately available and the product, good and/or service is priced accurately.

Price match requests must be submitted within 24 hours from the time of purchase online at the website, www.theexpatmarketplace.co.uk

When requesting a price match, please be aware that prices will be compared on the following criteria:

    * Prices are compared on product price where comparisons include the product plus handling and delivery charges when calculating the competitor's total price.
    * The Expat marketplace  refund promise does not apply when you use coupons, promotional offers or product-bundle pricing on the order.
    * The Expat marketplace refund promise is limited to up to 24 hours of confirmation of the sale of the relevant product, good or service and must be delivered to the same address.
    * The Expat marketplace guarantee does not apply to any of The Expat Marketplace.co.uk sale items.
    * The Expat marketplace.co.uk refund guarantee is subject to change at any time and is only available to purchases made from the UK to Europe.
